Refund Policy

Refund Policy for E-Learning Courses:

All E-learning courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Classroom Training/1-On-1 Learning:

Cancellation and refunds for Online / Classroom Training/1-On-1 Learning are applicable only if the request is made at least 5 days before the scheduled commencement of the training/classes. Refunds will be processed at 100%, excluding payment gateway charges and GST.

Once the training/classes have commenced, requests for refunds will not be entertained. However, participants may opt to reschedule the training/class date, subject to eligibility.

In the event of PixelSprout Academy canceling an event, a full refund of 100% will be issued to the delegate.

Please note that PixelSprout Academy reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy for courses without prior notice to clients/students. We encourage you to stay connected for any updates.
